A Few Things To Kick Start Your Journey to Ease:

*Commit to your journey every day if you can

*Begin your Journey by creating a list of personal goals and/or
activities that inspire you to find ease.  Commit to as little or
  as many as you like.

*Spread the Love! Feel free to share this with a friend and encourage
them to join you in finding ease!

Here is some inspiration! A few activities from my list to
choose from. Again choose as little or as many as you think
you would like to do:

  • Walk or Bike Ride 15-30mins a Day
  • Meditate/Yoga/Dance 30+ mins a Day
  • Journal at least 10 mins a Day
  • Nourish my artist a little each Day                                                              (Write, Sing, Read a Script, Draw)
  • Connect with one or more friends/family member a day
  • Schedule the next day before bed
  • Express gratitude for all the good things that happened in the last 24hrs
  • Add your own. Be creative! Have fun! And go EASY on yourself :)
